In a recent development, Josh Hall, estranged from Christina Hall, has accused her of severing access to their joint credit card and attempting to remove him from their upcoming HGTV show. These allegations are detailed in court documents obtained exclusively by In Touch.
Josh, 43, has countered Christina’s accusations despite their contentious divorce, alleging that she misrepresented facts in court. He has also agreed to return a substantial amount of money she claimed he withdrew from her business, although he contests some of her claims.

Christina, 41, and Josh filed for divorce on July 16, having married in October 2021. They listed their separation date as July 8. In his filings, Josh requested spousal support and sought to prevent Christina from claiming any support from him.
Weeks later, Christina accused Josh of diverting $35,000 from her rental property business into his personal account, asserting that he had no need for the funds and requesting that the court mandate its return. In his declaration from August 29, Josh indicated that he is willing to return the $35,000, less expenses incurred.
Josh explained that Christina had owned a home in Franklin, Tennessee, before their marriage and subsequently bought another property in Nashville. Together, they acquired three homes in Nashville as investment properties, which were used as short-term rentals.
He managed these properties through an LLC, receiving all rental income in the LLC’s bank account. Josh emphasized that he has historically managed the properties and continued to act in their best interest post-separation. He noted that he requested the June rental income be deposited into a separate account to cover ongoing expenses related to the properties.
Josh elaborated that he handles various responsibilities including paying housekeepers, vendors, and caretakers for animals on the properties. He travels from California to Tennessee regularly to ensure proper maintenance.
On July 8, Christina allegedly revoked Josh’s access to the LLC account and canceled his access to their joint American Express card, which he used for daily expenses. He claimed these actions were taken to disrupt his ability to manage the properties and ensure timely payment to service providers.
Josh affirmed his intention to return the funds and clarified that none were used for personal purposes. He criticized Christina’s claim of ignorance regarding the LLC’s management, calling it absurd.
In addition, Josh agreed to allow Christina to exclusively use their marital home in Newport Beach, California. He reported that upon visiting, he found his belongings disturbed and documents missing, which led to a confrontation with Christina and her friends.
He described Christina’s subsequent financial threats and disputes, stating that he left to avoid further conflict. He also denied allegations of reactivating security cameras that Christina claimed he disabled.
Josh reflected on their marriage, noting that he contributed to both their joint and Christina’s separate property assets. He accused Christina of employing aggressive divorce tactics and attempting to exclude him from their HGTV show, The Flip Off, which was initially set to feature both of them.
Reports suggest that the show will proceed without Josh. Christina has yet to publicly address these allegations. In his initial petition, Josh sought rights to all HGTV/Discovery Network shows produced during their marriage. The couple did not have a prenuptial agreement, and sources revealed that Josh was taken by surprise by the separation.
Christina’s previous marriages include her ex-husband Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2018, and her second ex-husband Ant Anstead, whom she divorced in 2021.
