The series continues to be the most heartwarming in the season with no competitor in sight. But Spy x Family is not just that. Spy X family Episode 8 will finally bring us Yor’s younger brother whom she speaks of fondly all the time. We don’t know much about him other than him being diligent in his studies and supportive of Yor. However, the theme of the show is people with hidden sides and it won’t be a surprise if Yuri (Yor’s brother) has some of them too.
The show has also taken a turn and made it more family-oriented than the source material. The manga is much more comedy-action-focused with the questions of parenthood and family in sparse amounts. Episode 8 of Spy X family may bring back those elements to the forefront. The forefront has been Anya’s admission and her assimilation into the school to get closer to Loid’s target. With them being done and decided, the laughter will come back in full swing. And we even heard Yor say once how she would crush his little brother when hugging her. The series, despite being the most popular this season, has one fatal flaw. It is about to end soon. Episode 8 of Spy X family is already here and it leaves a lot to be desired. The glee to watch the Forgers go about their lives and watch them react to the scenario in funny ways. Even though the second part will be available later this year the wait is unbearable. However, On what note it will end is unpredictable, but it might have explosions.
Leaving behind the yearning for the series to go on forever episode 8 of Spy X family will finally show Yor’s brother. He was briefly mentioned here and there in past episodes. Even in the previous one, Yor talks fondly of him and we also get to see him all grown up at the end of the episode. The next episode is titled “The Counter-Secret Police Cover Operation”, and hints at Yuri working for them.

Episode 8 of Spy X family is hyped despite it being a show that is more character-focused and down to earth with a tinge of a slice of life. As per the sampler model scheme of Crunchyroll, the first three episodes will be available for free. As such starting from episode 4 you will need to subscribe to Crunchyroll to watch further episodes. You can also watch Episode 8 of Spy X family for free on the YouTube channel of Muse Asia. It is available for free in all regions, but few will have the episode up for only three hours after release.
What is Spy X Family about?
In the espionage world of Spy x Family, the world is in a politically unstable climate. One wrong move can trigger another world war. And to make matters worse, there is already movement in the shadows that could trigger the next war. To stop this, the secret service put their best agent to task and gets him to infiltrate secrets out of the heinous parties involved. However, to get closer to his enemies, Loid needs to become a family man. As a result, Loid begrudgingly forms the Forger family and gets into the task of molding a model family for world peace.
Spy x Family is created by Tetsuya Endo. He is the writer as well as the main illustrator of the series. The series is adapted into anime by Joint effort between Wit Studio and CloverWorks.
