Kailyn Lowry’s family is about to get bigger! On a recent episode of her podcast, “Barely Famous,” the 31-year-old reality star excitedly shared that she is expecting twins with her boyfriend, Elijah Scott. During the podcast conversation with TikTok sensation Allison Kuch, who is married to NFL star Isaac Rochell and expecting her first child, Kailyn Lowry made the big announcement about her forthcoming babies, who will be numbers six and seven for her.
The surprising twist in the story is that both Kailyn and Allison discovered their pregnancies after taking separate trips to Thailand. Kailyn humorously commented, “We were not even near each other, but what are the odds? And then I guess we both came home with permanent souvenirs.”
Allison Kuch, taken aback by this revelation, responded, “Wait, you came home with a permanent souvenir? Oh my god, why did I not know this? We both got pregnant in Thailand.”

Kailyn then recounted, “I must have gotten pregnant right before I left, and I had no idea. So when I got there, I was eating everything. My face was flushed, but I didn’t think anything of it because I was like, there’s no way. There’s no way I am.”
Later in the podcast, Allison expressed her surprise at getting pregnant so quickly, given her expectations that it might take longer. She revealed that she had been tracking her ovulation, which allowed her to pinpoint the exact date of conception.
Kailyn, with her vast experience as a mother, responded, “Well, to be fair, I mean, this is my… sixth pregnancy, like six and seven for me. And I’ve gotten pregnant when I’m not actually… like I’ve tracked my ovulation, and I’ve gotten pregnant on days that were not my ovulation window.”
Notably, earlier this month, Kailyn Lowry confirmed that she had quietly welcomed her fifth child, a son named Rio, with Elijah Scott. Rumors about her fifth pregnancy had been circulating for several months. However, instead of adding fuel to the rumors, Kailyn chose to keep the news to herself.
“I wanted to be able to tell my own story on my own terms and kind of share what information I wanted to share instead of being within a contractual obligation or storyline,” she shared on her podcast, revealing her reasoning for the secrecy.
Although Kailyn admits that she wasn’t initially prepared to reveal her family’s private news, she felt that circumstances had pushed her to share the news. She explained, “I feel like it was ripped out from under me time and time again. I kind of feel like my hands are tied. People are announcing it for me, and so, at this point, I might as well just talk about it.”
She concluded, “At this point, I can at least try to do it my way.”
In addition to her latest addition, Rio, Kailyn Lowry is already a proud mom to sons Creed (3) and Lux (6) with her ex, Chris Lopez, as well as her 9-year-old son Lincoln with ex Javi Marroquin and 13-year-old son Isaac with ex Jo Rivera.
