News about the impact of Foster’s statements, the 42-year-old actor expressed a general love for everyone and distanced himself from engaging in a ‘he said, she said’ discourse. Murray emphasized that such confrontations have no place in his world, stating, “It’s not one of those things that I want to go down the road of because there’s just never a winner.”
Maintaining a positive outlook, Murray highlighted his gratitude for his current life, emphasizing his focus on the present and the future. Despite acknowledging regrets, he asserted his commitment to moving forward, stating, “I try to move forward every single day.”

While Murray refrained from directly addressing Foster’s allegations, the Sullivan’s Crossing star hinted at personal growth, acknowledging past mistakes. Erin Foster claimed on the “World’s First Podcast” on October 19 that Murray had cheated on her with Sophia Bush in a significant way.
The actor’s relationship with Erin began in 2001, and after meeting Bush on the set of their CW series in 2003, he moved on with her. Murray and Bush married in April 2005 but separated five months later amid rumors of Murray’s involvement with Paris Hilton. Their divorce was finalized in December 2006.
Despite Foster’s claims, Sophia Bush has not publicly responded. However, “One Tree Hill” co-star Hilarie Burton Morgan defended Bush on Instagram, refuting Foster’s timeline and expressing support for her sister. Burton Morgan labeled the accusations as hurtful and offered to discuss the matter openly.
