Former President Donald Trump, during his victory speech after securing the New Hampshire presidential primary, took aim at former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, accusing her of falsely presenting herself as a winner.
Trump recounted the incident when Haley delivered a speech after the results showed Trump winning with 14 points, but she approached the stage when it was at 7.
Expressing concern about doing what’s best for the party, Trump emphasized that Haley’s speech seemed like a victory speech when, in reality, she lost.

He recalled a similar situation in Iowa, where Haley allegedly pretended she had won despite coming in third, causing dissatisfaction, particularly from someone named Ron, who was upset by the situation.
Trump stressed the importance of focusing on what benefits the party and pointed out that Haley talked about “most win-ability” and polls. However, he noted that the polls consistently showed his success against “crooked Joe Biden” in the past three months. According to Trump, Haley did not win those polls, raising questions about her claim of victory.
In Trump’s assessment, Haley had a “very bad night,” and he criticized her attempt to assert victory despite the actual results.
