Kennedy’s campaign has filed political party paperwork in several states, indicating a broad effort to secure ballot access nationwide.
In Idaho, Kennedy successfully challenged a state code mandating an early signature deadline, citing a U.S. Supreme Court ruling that deemed such deadlines unconstitutional. A U.S. District Court judge has indicated he will extend the deadline if the Idaho State Legislature fails to do so.
Kennedy’s campaign is gaining momentum, and his presence on the ballot in multiple states could make him a significant factor in the 2024 presidential election.
