While military preparations are underway, residents in Tel Aviv have experienced disruptions to their GPS systems, with many reporting their navigation apps placing them in Beirut, Lebanon, instead of their actual location. These disruptions, caused by the Israeli military, aim to prevent enemy attacks. While more common in northern Israel and areas near Gaza, they are less frequent in central regions.
Initial reports suggested that Israel had evacuated several international embassies over fears of Iranian retaliation. However, these reports have been denied by the Israeli government.
