The attacks have inflicted widespread suffering across Ukrainian cities and communities, spanning from the Sumy region to Odesa, Dnipro, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Mykolaiv, and Kherson.

Zelenskyy described the onslaught as a deliberate and heinous act of terror perpetrated by Russia, which continues to target Ukrainian territories relentlessly.
He praised the support of countries providing air defense systems to Ukraine and imposing sanctions on the Russian military-industrial complex, crediting them with saving thousands of Ukrainian lives.
According to Oleh Syniehubov, the Governor of Kharkiv Oblast, Russia has carried out more than 2,500 attacks on civilian targets and critical infrastructure in the region since the beginning of the year. These attacks include over 150 missile strikes, illustrating the intensity of the assault.

Kharkiv Oblast, situated on the border with Russia and close to the frontline, bears the brunt of daily attacks from Russian forces.
Towns and villages in the region are targeted with a variety of weapons, including S-300 missiles, Iranian-made Shahed drones, and glide bombs, exacerbating the already dire situation for residents.
