Robert F. Kennedy Jr., running as an independent, confidently stated on Friday that he will be listed on ballots in all 50 states. Kennedy shared with Fox News’ Neil Cavuto on “Your World with Neil Cavuto” that his campaign has already collected enough signatures for ballot access nationwide.
“We have gathered sufficient signatures to ensure our presence on the ballot in every state. While some states are still in the process of certification, we are certain to appear on all 50 ballots,” Kennedy explained.

Current data from The Hill/Decision Desk HQ’s ballot access tracker confirms Kennedy’s eligibility in 15 states, including crucial battlegrounds like Michigan, Nevada, and North Carolina. Kennedy noted, “Certification in many states won’t be finalized until mid-August. We have submitted our signatures, and they’ve been accepted, so certification is imminent.”
Despite his efforts, Kennedy remains behind the leading candidates in national polling. The Hill/Decision Desk HQ’s average shows Vice President Harris leading with 46.7 percent, former President Trump at 43.5 percent, and Kennedy trailing at just 3.4 percent.
Additionally, Trump took aim at podcaster Joe Rogan on Friday after Rogan voiced support for Kennedy. On Truth Social, Trump tweeted, “Let’s see how Joe Rogan fares in his next UFC appearance with the audience. MAGA2024.”
Rogan had previously praised Kennedy on his podcast, calling him a “fan” and highlighting his reasonable approach. “Kennedy is the only one who makes sense to me,” Rogan said. “He focuses on actions and ideas rather than personal attacks. His track record as an environmental lawyer, including cleaning up the East River, proves his credibility.”
