Megan Thee Stallion may have found a new love interest. On Tuesday, Aug. 29, the rapper accidentally posted a TikTok video where she participated in a couple’s challenge with Chicago Bulls player Torrey Craig. Although the video has since been deleted, a screen recording by MuchMusic shows Megan, 29, and Craig, 33, answering relationship-related questions while pointing to each other with their eyes closed.
In one of the questions, according to the outlet, they were asked who said “I love you” first, and both pointed to each other. Previously, Megan was romantically involved with Pardison “Pardi” Fontaine, whom she met while working on the “Savage” remix featuring Beyoncé. She confirmed their relationship in February 2021 during an Instagram Live session.
PEOPLE reached out to Megan’s rep for comment, but no response was given. Breakup rumors surrounding Megan surfaced in May 2023 when she attended a wedding with Belgian soccer player Romelu Lukaku. Her November 2023 track “Cobra” implied infidelity, though Lukaku denied the allegations.
As for Craig, who has been in the NBA for seven years, he was most recently linked to reality TV personality Nicole Zavala. In early August, Megan was announced as the host of the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards, where she’s nominated for five awards.
Her hosting duties come on the heels of the release of her third album in June, which features songs like the TikTok-viral track “Mamushi,” inspired by a Japanese snake. In an interview with L’Officiel USA in May, Megan explained that the snake symbolizes renewal and rebirth, central themes in her new album.
She elaborated that she’s drawn to darker and unique concepts, viewing the snake as a misunderstood symbol and likening it to an antihero.
