Celebrating her milestone birthday, Kelly Osbourne has embraced turning 40 with flair. On October 27, she shared moments from her glamorous birthday dinner at the Beverly Hills Hotel via her Instagram Stories, where she was accompanied by her mother, Sharon Osbourne, and a small circle of close friends.
One of the posts Kelly re-shared was from Kip Zachary, featuring a picture of himself alongside her and Sharon at the celebration. In the photo, Sharon dazzles in a flowing black tuxedo-style outfit complete with a loosely tied bow tie, while Kelly shines in a form-fitting black gown.
Laua Rugetti, known for her role in Blowing LA, contributed a larger group photo that captured the Osbourne family with friends including Alessandra Torresani, Daniel Nguyen, Shanina Shaik, Jeff Beacher, and Brooke Dulien Lester.
It remains uncertain whether Kelly’s boyfriend, Sid Wilson of Slipknot, was present at the event. Underneath Rugetti’s post, Barbaranne Wylde, Zakk Wylde’s wife, left a warm comment, saying, “Stunning @kellyosbourne. We hope you had an amazing day. Love you so much.”
Rugetti also posted a video on her Instagram Stories showing Kelly during her birthday dinner, lovingly holding her and Wilson’s 2-year-old son, Sidney.
Earlier that day, Kelly had shared a nostalgic photo on her Stories that Sharon posted, showing a young Kelly with her father, Ozzy Osbourne. Sharon’s caption read, “Happy Birthday to my darling daughter Kelly. I love you always and forever. MaMa ❤️”
On October 19, Kelly and Sidney were spotted together at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame 2024 induction ceremony, honoring her father. A touching photograph from that evening captured the mother-son duo smiling, with Kelly wearing a black lace long-sleeve top and her toddler looking charming in a mini black suit and bowtie.
Kelly’s brother, Jack Osbourne, 38, also shared a family photo on Instagram following Ozzy’s induction, featuring himself, Kelly, Sharon, and his two daughters, Pearl, 12, and Andy, 9. He captioned the post, “Crew @rockhall.”
