It seems that Rylee Arnold, a pro on Dancing with the Stars, may have found a new romance. On Sunday, October 27, the 19-year-old shared multiple photos featuring University of Southern California Trojans’ tight end Walker Lyons on Instagram, playfully labeling it a “hard launch.” One of the images captured the couple looking affectionate on the field following USC Trojans’ 42-20 win against the Rutgers Scarlet Knights on October 26.
In that photo, Arnold gazes affectionately at Lyons, resting her hand on his chest. Another image shows her joyfully cheering in the stands during the game, while a different shot captures her embracing her new boyfriend.
A further picture includes Arnold posing with her sister, Brynley, and her brother-in-law, Donny McGinnis, along with another heartwarming snap of her hugging Lyons proudly.
She also posted a selfie featuring her sister and brother-in-law before concluding the series with a charming picture of herself beaming next to her football player beau. “Is this a hard launch?? 🤭❤️🔥,” she captioned the post. Among the comments, Taylor Lautner humorously remarked, “Definitely ain’t a soft launch.”
Additionally, Arnold posted a clip from the game on TikTok, captioning it, “Really into football these days 🤭❤️🔥 @walkerlyons,” and shared several Instagram Stories showing the couple enjoying their time at Disneyland, including one of her kissing Lyons on the cheek. According to the USC Trojans website, Lyons is a freshman from Folsom, California, and wears the number 85 jersey.
On October 4, Arnold had hinted at a possible new relationship in a TikTok video, stating, “Okay friends, get ready with me for rehearsal while I debrief the date I went on a couple nights ago.”
She mentioned, “Fun fact, we actually hung out last night as well,” referring to her current partnership with Stephen Nedoroscik on this season of DWTS. “We’ve hung out two nights in a row now,” she added, revealing that they had enjoyed some food together and taken a drive.
Describing her first date, Arnold said, “He was so easy to talk to,” noting their many shared interests. “He is so sweet and humble and just all the amazing qualities. So I’m really curious to see how this all pans out.”
She acknowledged that both of their schedules are busy but compatible, stating, “Luckily, our schedules kind of work out together. We’re both busy and free at the same time of the week. It makes things kind of nice,” although she didn’t specify the person she was referring to.
Previously, Arnold sparked romance rumors with her former DWTS dance partner, Harry Jowsey from Too Hot to Handle. In September, she told PEOPLE that she was “currently single” and not back with her previous boyfriend, who had been on a two-year Mormon mission.
“I am not back with him. I am currently single right now,” she clarified at the time. “[It’s] so fun. I love it. I love being single. It’s the best. I’ve been single for a while, but I love it.”
