In a certain town, two high schools are situated right beside each other. One of them is Chidori High School, a lively, often unruly place where the so-called “idiots” gather. This low-ranked boys’ school is known for students who typically don’t take academics too seriously.
Right next door is Kikyo Girls’ School, a prestigious and refined institution for young ladies, famous for its well-behaved and disciplined students. It stands in stark contrast to the chaos at Chidori.
Rintaro Tsumugi, a second-year student at Chidori High, has a rough, intimidating look but is actually reserved and not very talkative.
