Jason Kelce continues to embrace his role as a devoted girl dad with excitement and pride. The 36-year-old former NFL player and his wife, Kylie Kelce, 32, recently revealed they are preparing to welcome another baby girl.
This new addition will join their growing family, which already includes daughters Wyatt, 5, Elliotte, 3, and Bennett, 21 months. Speaking with E! News, Jason shared that they feel well-prepared for baby number four.
“I have it pretty easy, honestly,” Jason admitted. “Since it’s another girl, we’re all set with hand-me-downs and already purchased clothes. The crib is ready to go. Kylie’s doing most of the work, though—she’s the one growing the baby!” Expressing his love for fatherhood, Jason couldn’t help but gush about his daughters and the joy they bring.
“My kids mean the world to me, especially my girls,” he said enthusiastically. “I was talking to someone who’s about to have their first, and I told them there’s something magical about the way children smile at you. It’s a warmth that nothing else can match.”
He added, “Having three healthy, wonderful kids has been such a blessing. Now, we’re looking forward to welcoming a fourth and watching them grow, play, fight, and bond in all the beautiful chaos of sibling life.”
While Jason cherishes being a dad, he acknowledged the challenges that come with the role. “Patience is hands down the hardest part of parenting,” he shared. However, the rewards outweigh the challenges. “There’s nothing better than seeing your kids smile or hearing their laughter,” Jason said. “It’s the most uplifting feeling in the world.”
Jason also noted that his parents, Ed and Donna Kelce, are thrilled about the new addition. “Everyone’s excited when they hear the news,” he explained. “My mom and dad are loving the grandparent life. They get to spoil the kids, have fun, and then hand them back to us, leaving us to play the bad cops. They’re definitely excited for another little one to spoil!”
