Accusations Against Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Surface Over Balcony Incident Involving Woman

Legal storm brews for Combs as he is accused of serious misconduct involving a woman at Cassie Ventura's home

In a new legal development, Sean “Diddy” Combs has found himself at the center of yet another lawsuit. According to a report from TMZ, the media mogul faces allegations of dangling a woman over a balcony at the home of his then-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, in 2016.

The lawsuit was filed earlier this week by Bryana “Bana” Bongolan in Los Angeles Superior Court, where she accuses the Bad Boy Records founder of se*xual battery and false imprisonment, among other charges.

With serious allegations against him, Diddy insists the claims are baseless as he prepares for battle in court

Bongolan asserts in her legal documents that she was staying at Ventura’s apartment during the incident. She claims that Combs visited late one night and began to grope her. When Bongolan reportedly tried to resist his advances, she alleges that Combs held her over the balcony, which was 17 stories high.

Furthermore, she claims that after pulling her back up, the “I’ll Be Missing You” artist physically assaulted her by slamming her into the patio furniture. Bongolan is seeking $10 million in damages from Combs, as reported by TMZ.

In response, Combs’ team issued a statement to Page Six asserting that “Mr. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident they will ultimately be proven baseless.” They emphasized that he has unwavering faith in the facts and the fairness of the judicial process, asserting that the truth will emerge in court, revealing that the claims against him lack merit.

Currently, Combs is being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, following his arrest in September on charges related to se*x trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution. On Wednesday, he was denied bail for the third time, as prosecutors argued that he poses too great a threat to potential victims if released prior to his trial, which is scheduled for May 5.
