Katie Holmes and her daughter, Suri Cruise, both embraced the chilly weather during separate outings in New York City following Thanksgiving. The pair were spotted individually enjoying walks through the city over the holiday weekend. On Saturday, 18-year-old Cruise stepped out in a casual outfit, pairing a green puffer coat with loose-fitting jeans and sneakers.
She carried a brown shoulder bag and styled her brunette hair in a ponytail, highlighting her resemblance to her famous mother. Holmes was seen the next day, wrapped up in a long hooded coat. The 45-year-old actress completed her look with black leather boots and a tan handbag.

Although they weren’t seen together during the weekend, Cruise is likely back home for her holiday break from school. In October, the Carnegie Mellon University freshman traveled to New York to visit Holmes and support her during her Broadway debut in Our Town at the Ethel Barrymore Theatre.
During that earlier visit, the two were photographed spending time together while strolling through the city. Holmes opted for a relaxed outfit, wearing a long brown coat over a gray sweatsuit, complemented by white sneakers, a white shoulder bag, and sunglasses. Her hair was styled in a messy bun for the occasion.
Cruise, on the other hand, chose a denim Sherpa jacket paired with a white graphic T-shirt, blue sweatpants, and boots, keeping her hair tied back in a ponytail for the casual outing.
