Jessi Ngatikaura is undergoing labiaplasty, supported by her circle of friends. In celebration of this personal milestone, the Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star organized a gathering with her fellow MomTokers, framing it as a “farewell party” for something she’s letting go of.
Upon arrival, the women enjoyed cocktails with vagina-themed names, while Jessi introduced a creative activity: drawing vaginas on a whiteboard at the front of the room. “The reason behind this event is that on Monday, I’m having a labiaplasty, which involves removing and tightening up the internal parts of my vagina. I’m also getting a mommy makeover,” Jessi explains.

In a confessional, Jessi describes the procedure: “A labiaplasty involves tucking up the sensitive internal material of the vagina. After two pregnancies, despite looking physically normal, some aspects have not returned to their pre-pregnancy state.”
Jessi encourages her friends to paint their ideal version of a vagina for inspiration. She shares, “I’ve had breast surgeries three times, and now I’m revising my ‘cookie.’” Jessi elaborates to the group that she avoids yoga pants because her labia “hang low.”
In a confessional, she adds, “The extra tissue has caused discomfort, so the surgery will remove it and restore a more refined appearance.” After the surgery, Jennifer Affleck and Layla Taylor visit Jessi and discover she also opted for a breast implant reduction during the same procedure.
“I’ve never had two surgeries in one day before, but it made sense to combine them so I only needed anesthesia once. I had both my breasts and labiaplasty done simultaneously. The recovery might be challenging, but I’m eager to complete it all at once.” The women chat about various topics before Jessi reveals the results of her labiaplasty.
“It’s swollen at the moment, but…” Jessi starts to say. “It looks fantastic!” Layla responds. “The doctors said it would resemble hot dog buns for now, which it does, but it will eventually tighten up. Previously, everything was always hanging down.”
