Reality TV personality Ronnie Ortiz-Magro’s former girlfriend, Jen Harley, is preparing for a major transformation, as she plans to undergo multiple plastic surgery procedures, In Touch has learned exclusively.
According to those close to 36-year-old Jen, who works in real estate between Las Vegas and Miami, she made the decision to pursue surgery following her recent split and feels this is the right time for such a change.
An insider revealed that Jen, a mother of three with no intention of expanding her family, decided the timing was ideal for a series of plastic surgery treatments.
Following the birth of her third child, Jen shared the challenges of motherhood and her journey in real estate on social media
Jen is set to travel to Dallas, Texas, where she will be treated by Dr. Robert Najera, known as Dr. Dallas, and Dr. Aimee Nguyen, referred to as Dr. Rejuvenation.
Her planned procedures include vaginal rejuvenation, along with liposuction on her arms, where the extracted fat will be transferred to her labia, with the surgery expected to take place in October.
After a contentious history, Jen and Ronnie, 38, have managed to maintain peace over the past few years following their 2019 breakup, which came after a two-year relationship.
In 2020, Jen transitioned into a full-time real estate career, joining a firm in Las Vegas. By then, she had owned six properties throughout her life and felt confident in her ability to succeed in the field.
Currently, Jen showcases several real estate listings on her Instagram. Around the same period, she and Ronnie listed their shared Las Vegas home for over $1 million, having originally purchased it for $725,000 in 2017.
The former couple co-parents their 5-year-old daughter, Ariana.
In October, Jen welcomed her third child with her ex-fiancé, announcing the news on social media by saying, “Cheers to our baby boy!” She later shared a picture of the newborn, writing, “Baby boy is here! He is healthy! Thank you everyone for the DMs I see you!”
Jen described the birth experience as “traumatic,” recounting the intense pain she felt, saying, “I felt like my bones were breaking inside my body.” She expressed her astonishment at how other moms endure childbirth without pain relief.
Despite her struggles, she shared the joy of welcoming her son, whose birth she first announced in August 2023. Alongside her newborn and Ariana, Jen is also a mother to 18-year-old Mason from a previous relationship.
Ronnie, one of the original cast members of MTV’s Jersey Shore since its 2009 debut, continues to remain a fixture on the show.
Meanwhile, In Touch previously reported that Jen isn’t the only one seeking a makeover from Dr. Najera. 90 Day Fiancé star Ashley Martson is also planning a breast lift, a silicone implant exchange, and arm liposuction, ahead of her 40th birthday, feeling it’s the perfect time to enhance her appearance after finishing having children.
