Former Chief of Staff for Kanye West Accused of ‘Abusive’ Text Messaging

British Commentator/Former Chief of Staff for Kanye West, Milo Yiannopoulos and Kanye West, American Rapper/Record Producer

Former chief of staff for Kanye “Ye” West, Milo Yiannopoulos, has been accused of aggressively harassing individuals involved in a lawsuit against the musician over claims of a hostile work environment.

Court documents reviewed by In Touch reveal that the four minor plaintiffs in the case have submitted additional evidence in an effort to keep their identities protected from the public.

The lawsuit, originally filed in June, includes plaintiffs Shemar Dacosta, Pholoso Mofokeng, Miles Jackson-Lea, Olakunle Olatunji, a minor identified as R.M., and three other minors, ranging from ages 14 to 17.

The lawsuit highlights disturbing claims of harassment related to sexual orientation and ethnicity during their time at Yeezy

Named as defendants in the case are Ye, 47, Milo, 39, and Yeezy LLC. The plaintiffs allege that they were hired to work on a project to help Ye create a streaming app to promote his album Vultures 2. However, they claim their experience involved “forced labor,” as well as inhumane treatment, fraud, and other serious accusations.

In a recent motion, Shemar and R.M. claim they have been victims of harassment and unwelcome communication from Milo. They reported that Milo’s behavior included online threats to ruin Shemar’s reputation and career. Additionally, R.M. alleges that Milo sent him a verbally abusive and harassing text message on August 17.

Despite repeated requests from their legal counsel, Milo has allegedly continued his harassment of the plaintiffs. R.M. expressed concern that Milo’s actions justify the need for his identity and the other minors’ names to remain confidential. He suspects that Milo discovered his identity through internal documents at Yeezy.

According to their attorney, R.M. and the other minors are afraid Milo or the other defendants may publicly reveal their identities to subject them to further online harassment, which they believe is an effort to intimidate them into dropping the lawsuit.

The legal team raised concerns that Milo’s actions are causing psychological distress and pressure, potentially forcing the plaintiffs to abandon their case.

Shemar also revealed that Milo had contacted his friends, attempting to gather embarrassing information in an effort to coerce him into withdrawing the lawsuit.

In a voicemail left for Shemar, Milo allegedly referred to him as “Susan” and threatened, “I’m gonna make you famous in a way you will not f–king enjoy, trust me. God bless and good luck.” Additionally, Milo is accused of sending an inappropriate text message to R.M., calling him “retarded” and referencing the lawsuit.

Their lawyer further argued that Milo’s continued contact with the plaintiffs, including the minors, demonstrates his knowledge of their identities and intent to intimidate them. A judge has yet to rule on the motion to keep the minors’ names sealed.

In an earlier report from In Touch, the plaintiffs claimed they experienced harassment related to their sexual orientation and ethnicity. The lawsuit also alleges that Ye’s wife, Bianca Censori, shared explicit content with the team while working on a planned adult film studio for Kanye.

The lawsuit further claims that no measures were taken to shield underage workers from exposure to pornography or involvement in explicit material while employed by Yeezy. Some employees were reportedly referred to as “slaves” during their time working for the company.

The plaintiffs have described suffering from emotional distress, anxiety, humiliation, and depression as a result of their experiences. They are seeking unspecified damages. Following the lawsuit’s filing, Milo publicly denied the accusations, including those directed at Censori, calling them false and offensive.

Speaking on behalf of Censori, Milo dismissed one of the plaintiffs as an “attention-seeking wannabe Yeezy staffer” and denied that any explicit material was shown to team members during work. As of now, neither Ye nor Milo has filed an official response to the lawsuit.

In a recent development, as reported by In Touch, Ye’s lawyer has dropped him as a client, leaving him without legal representation in multiple ongoing legal cases.
