Both Rachel and Ella are regulars in the stands, cheering Maxx on at Raiders games. In 2024, Rachel shared a heartfelt Instagram post filled with photos and videos of their game-day excitement.

At EMU, she was recognized on the Loyola Invitational All-Tournament Team in 2015 and graduated in 2017 with a degree in sports management.

“We went to Masa, this Mexican restaurant,” Rachel recalled. “We became really good friends and started to date two months later.”

Maxx proposed to Rachel during a trip to Utah, using a custom-designed ring created with the help of Al the Jeweler, known for crafting jewelry for NFL players. “Maxx fully designed the ring himself,” Rachel shared. “Our Airbnb was in these amazing snowy mountains, and he proposed right in front of the mountains.”
They welcomed a daughter together.
On October 13, 2022, their daughter Ella was born. Maxx took to Instagram to express his gratitude to Rachel for her unwavering support through his struggles and assured her that she would be an incredible mother.

Their wedding took place in 2023.
On March 4, 2023, Maxx and Rachel celebrated their love at a picturesque wedding at Cascata Golf Club in Boulder City, Nevada. Their ceremony included personal touches, like being introduced by legendary UFC announcer Bruce Buffer and custom cocktails named after their three dogs, reflecting their personalities.

In November 2023, Maxx and Rachel launched The Maxx Crosby Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting causes close to their hearts, including youth substance abuse intervention and animal welfare.
