A new collaboration between two comedic heavyweights is on the horizon. Comedians Jerry Seinfeld and Jim Gaffigan are set to reunite for a North American tour in 2025, following their successful joint tour across four stadiums last year. This time, they will perform at eight arenas throughout Canada and the U.S.
Gaffigan, 58, humorously remarked to PEOPLE, “I will never rest in helping this struggling comedian Jerry Stein-Seinfeld until he is a household name!” Starting at 7:30 p.m., tickets for all shows will go on sale to the public on Friday, September 27, at 10 a.m. local time.
While their previous tour included stops in cities like L.A., San Francisco, Chicago, and St. Louis, the upcoming tour will feature venues such as Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, CHI Health Center in Omaha, T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Spectrum Center in Charlotte, Pechanga Arena in San Diego, and Footprint Center in Phoenix. The duo last collaborated on Netflix’s Unfrosted, a film that Seinfeld co-wrote and directed.
Reflecting on their first real interaction, Seinfeld, 70, shared, “The first time Jim and I ever really spoke was when he was a guest on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee in 2016. He is one of my favorite comedians, and he was the only person we considered for the role of the CEO of Kellogg’s. I was thrilled when he agreed to star in the film.”
Unfrosted is inspired by the creation of Pop-Tarts and features a star-studded cast, including Melissa McCarthy, Max Greenfield, Hugh Grant, and Amy Schumer. The film’s release coincided with Pop-Tarts’ 60th anniversary. Fans can purchase tickets for the new tour starting September 27 at JerrySeinfeld.com and JimGaffigan.com.
