Olivia Munn is relishing every moment with her new baby girl. The 44-year-old actress and her husband, John Mulaney, celebrated the arrival of their second child, daughter Méi June, on September 14. Two weeks later, on October 1, Munn took to her Instagram Stories to share an update about how her sleepy little girl is adjusting.
In a video while cradling her daughter, Munn remarked, “She sleeps, like, all the time. I know that newborns sleep a lot, but she’s an extra sleeper.”

Munn added, “And an extra eater,” noting that Méi was almost eight pounds at birth. “She’s so cute!” the thrilled mom exclaimed as she aimed the camera at Méi, who was snugly wrapped in a beige blanket. “I love her so much,” she continued.
On September 28, Munn expressed even more affection for her newborn by posting another update on her Instagram Stories, featuring a new photo and video. She began by sharing a picture of herself lovingly cradling her daughter, captioned, “I can’t believe she’s here!”
The actress smiled brightly in the snapshot, seated on her couch with Méi resting on her lap. The little one looked adorable in a cream-colored swaddle, while Munn had a cozy blanket draped over her legs.
Next, Munn shared a close-up of Méi sleeping in her arms. In the accompanying message, she humorously recounted, “Lol, I asked my mom and John to be quiet for a minute so I could hear Méi’s little breaths, but they got new candy today and just had to open it right now lol.”
As the video played, Méi stirred slightly in her sleep despite the noise of rustling candy. Munn laughed and remarked, “I asked you to be quiet, and you just can’t stop eating your candy! Oh my god.”
According to a source who spoke to PEOPLE, Munn is overjoyed with her new family dynamic. The couple also has a two-year-old son, Malcolm Hiệp Mulaney, who was born on November 24, 2021.
“They are in total bliss with Méi and Malcolm,” the insider noted. “After everything they have been through, there’s no tighter, closer little family.”
