Reports suggest that Kanye West and Bianca Censori may be heading for divorce. On October 7, TMZ indicated that the Donda artist and his wife, married for nearly two years, are likely to part ways. According to sources close to the couple, both West and Censori, who wed in 2022, have been informing those around them that they separated a few weeks ago.
Despite the rumors, photos obtained by Page Six show the couple shopping together at a mall in Tokyo, Japan, on October 8. The images depict the Yeezy designer and the Australian architect riding an escalator and browsing stores, with one close-up capturing Censori cradling West’s face in her hands.

According to TMZ, West has been talking about relocating to Tokyo and “divorcing Bianca.” The outlet reported seeing the rapper recently dining at a Jamaican restaurant and attending a wrestling match in September without his partner. Although Censori wasn’t seen in Tokyo during this time, she is currently with West in Japan.
As of now, neither West nor Censori has publicly addressed the divorce speculation. The Independent has reached out to representatives for both individuals for further comment.
The couple’s journey began in 2020 when Censori worked as an architectural designer for Yeezy. At that point, West was still married to Kim Kardashian, with whom he shares four children: North, 11, Saint, eight, Chicago, six, and Psalm, five.
Kardashian filed for divorce from West in 2021 and was later declared “legally single” before the finalization of their split. The official divorce was completed in November 2022 after several months of court proceedings.
Shortly thereafter, the “Pure Souls” vocalist married Censori in a private ceremony. Page Six reported that they wed in December 2022, coinciding with the release of West’s song “Censori Overload.”
Following the announcement of their marriage, there were initial reports suggesting they were not legally wed. However, by October 2023, the Daily Mail confirmed that West and Censori had indeed obtained a marriage license.
The couple publicly debuted their relationship in January 2023. Their first public appearance occurred at the Waldorf Astoria in Beverly Hills, California, where they were photographed enjoying lunch and holding hands.
In the months that followed, Censori became more involved in West’s life, joining him for dinners and outings with his eldest daughter, including trips to Disneyland. Additionally, they gained notoriety for their unique fashion choices.
During last season’s Paris Fashion Week, West shocked the fashion community by attending Marni’s fall/winter 2024 presentation alongside Censori, dressed in a black nylon windbreaker and leather pants, while she wore a structured, open latex bodysuit paired with below-the-knee pink boots.
