When discussing the execution of a play with Travis Kelce during Monday’s NFL game, Patrick Mahomes shared a funny analogy. In a postgame press conference on October 7, the Kansas City Chiefs quarterback reflected on a lateral play that Kelce completed in the matchup against the New Orleans Saints, which at the end secured the victory for the Chiefs.
“I’m shaking my head because I told him before the play, ‘I’m going to throw it to you so we can get into field goal range,'” Mahomes said. “He underhand shoved it across the field. It’s like I’m talking to Sterling.”

Patrick shares a daughter and a son, Patrick “Bronze” Lavon III, aged 22 months, with his wife, Brittany Mahomes, who is currently expecting their third child together.
