The information first surfaced on a Reddit thread, which suggested that the new man in her life is not directly connected to the film industry, although he has invested in several projects.
According to the post, he was present with Kapoor during the promotions for Stree 2 in Delhi and is younger than her. A Reddit user mentioned, “I have some confirmed reports that she is dating someone from a Sindhi family and not involved in Bollywood directly but is a businessman who has stakes in Bollywood film investments. He was with her during the Stree promotion in Delhi.”

In August, the Stree actress unfollowed Mody, his sister, and his production house on Instagram, which further fueled speculation about their split. Meanwhile, in June, Kapoor shared a photo with Mody on her Instagram Stories, seemingly confirming their relationship status.
Interestingly, the news about her new romance follows a recent interview with Cosmopolitan, where Kapoor acknowledged being in a relationship and expressed her enjoyment of spending time with her partner.
She also shared her thoughts on marriage, stating that it’s not solely about the institution but rather about being with the right person. “If someone desires to get married, that’s wonderful, but if they choose not to marry, that is equally valid,” she remarked.
