The second son, Kameron, was born on September 9, 2009, in Los Angeles. His mother, actress Lauren London, and Lil Wayne had an on-and-off relationship around the time of his birth.
Kameron was celebrated by London in a touching Instagram post for his 10th birthday, where she described him as “full of soul” and “a constant reminder of God’s unconditional love,” referring to him as “my brave boy.”
Kameron appears to be embracing his musical heritage, having contributed to Lil Wayne’s 2020 mixtape No Ceilings 3. He opened the song “Kam” with the line, “Young Kam Carter / My flow is harder.”

Neal, the youngest of Lil Wayne’s children, was born on November 30, 2009, just two months after Kameron. His mother, singer Nivea, has openly discussed the unique circumstances of their pregnancies, stating that she learned of her own pregnancy the same day she discovered that London was also expecting a child.
Nivea reflected on the strong bond formed among Lil Wayne’s children’s mothers, saying, “It’s still a testament to the type of man [Lil Wayne] is because all of his baby mothers are cool with each other.”
