Abby and Brittany Hensel, the well-known conjoined twins, recently offered a closer look into their personal lives on social media. The sisters shared a collection of photos on TikTok that highlighted moments from Abby’s 2021 wedding to Josh Bowling, along with scenes from their life with him and his daughter, Isabella.
In a TikTok post on October 30, the sisters encouraged their followers to participate in voting, accompanying the reminder with family photos, including rare images from Abby’s wedding.

One picture captured the sisters joyfully posing alongside Josh and Isabella. Isabella, holding a bouquet matching those of the twins, stood in front of her father and stepmother as Abby wrapped her arm around Josh’s waist, and he extended his hand to his daughter.
Another snapshot showed Abby, Brittany, and Josh together at the altar, right after the couple exchanged vows. The sisters also shared glimpses of their everyday life, featuring moments like getting ice cream with Josh and Isabella and enjoying time outdoors as a family. In the caption of the video, they reminded fans, “Don’t forget to #vote!”
On October 31, the twins posted additional recent photos on TikTok, set to the song “Life with You” by Kelsey Hart. The pictures portrayed various seasonal moments with Josh, with Brittany sometimes sporting her natural blonde hair and at other times showing off darker locks.
One winter image showed them warmly bundled together, while a summer picture featured the trio dressed in navy as they enjoyed a sunny day. As dicephalic conjoined twins, Abby and Brittany share a single set of organs below the waist and have a shared bloodstream, with Brittany controlling their left side and Abby their right.
The twins initially gained public attention with a 1996 appearance on The Oprah Winfrey Show and a LIFE magazine cover. They later starred in a TLC reality series, Abby & Brittany, which followed them through their graduation from Bethel College in Minnesota and their travels around Europe.
Today, the sisters work as fifth-grade teachers in their Minnesota hometown. Their teaching roles were highlighted by Today, which also first reported Abby’s wedding to Josh in March 2024.
