The household of Michael Bublé is filled with fans of Taylor Swift! During an exclusive interview with PEOPLE on Sunday, November 3, the 49-year-old singer shared insights about how he and his family enjoy dance parties featuring Swift’s music while attending David Foster’s 75th birthday celebration at the Hollywood Bowl.
When asked if he performs his Christmas album for his children during the holiday season, Bublé responded, “Oh, no. They like Spider-Man. We listen, but really, most of our listening is dance parties to Taylor Swift.”
He further elaborated, mentioning popular tracks like “‘Shake It Off,’ ‘Look What You Made Me Do,'” before breaking into the chorus of “Look What You Made Me Do.” The musician expressed his excitement about watching his four children grow and admitted that he often struggles to recall life before their arrival.
He shared, “There’s never a moment at this point when I can ever imagine my life without them. I have a 2-year-old girl who’s now the queen of the house. She runs the show, and every morning we look at her and think, how did we ever live life without her?”
Bublé and his wife, Luisana Lopilato, whom he married in 2011, are parents to sons Noah, 11, and Elias, 8, and daughters Vida, 6, and Cielo, 2. As he discussed his holiday plans with the family, Bublé said, “It’s beautiful. I see the holidays through the eyes of my kids.”
He added humorously, “And you might not know that about me, that I’m a fan of the holidays. And I stay busy. My wife and I are, you know, we’re very busy watching 90 Day Fiancé and Love is Blind, and buying Christmas presents.”
Bublé beamed with pride as he spoke about his wife, saying he loves “the thought of getting to hang with her in bed.” “I pretty much would watch anything. I would watch commercials if it meant hanging with her,” he shared. “You have to ask her why she keeps me. I don’t know honestly, but I feel very lucky.”
He concluded with a touching reflection: “Last night I was in bed with her. No joke, I looked over and I said, ‘My God, I’m married to the most beautiful woman on the planet, and she’s lying next to a little potato man.’” “Somehow she loves me,” he added, with a smile.
