The supermodel reportedly feels well and continues to engage in “pilates and other exercises that will help with birth too.” She has a long-standing commitment to her health, with the insider mentioning that she “eats healthy and meditates as well.”
Previously, a source told PEOPLE that Bündchen and Valente, 37, are thrilled about this new phase in their lives and are eager to foster a peaceful and loving atmosphere for their family. Bündchen is several months into her pregnancy and has chosen not to disclose the baby’s sex, preferring to find out upon the birth of the child, according to a source.
Their relationship began when Bündchen’s son Benjamin took jiu-jitsu classes at Valente’s academy. The couple was first seen together in November 2022 during a trip to Provincia de Puntarenas in Costa Rica, where Bündchen was accompanied by her two children. In February 2024, a source confirmed to PEOPLE that they had been dating since June 2023.
“Joaquim is a great guy. He is down to earth, kind, and inspiring,” a source remarked in July, adding that their “friendship turned romantic after her divorce from Brady.”
The source further explained that “it’s been very natural for her to date Joaquim.” They initially formed a close friendship, with the insider emphasizing her desire to keep the relationship private as they got to know each other better.
