The opening image captured the couple sharing a tender kiss aboard what appeared to be a private jet. Kardashian held Barker’s face lovingly while the Blink-182 drummer grasped her arm. “Happy birthday to the love of my life,” she expressed in the caption.
Barker responded in the comments, writing, “My best friend, I love you. It’s you forever,” solidifying the sentiment behind the celebratory post. Another image from the jet featured the pair gazing into each other’s eyes while dressed in matching black hooded sweaters.

A particularly touching clip showed the couple at a piano, playing a duet. Kardashian counted them in before they finished the performance with laughter and a hug. Their romance, which blossomed in early 2021 after years of friendship, led to a legal marriage in Santa Barbara in 2022 and a grand celebration in Italy later that year.
Kardashian shares three children—Mason, 14, Penelope, 12, and Reign, 9—with Scott Disick, while Barker has Landon, 21, Alabama, 18, and stepdaughter Atiana, 25, from his previous marriage.
