Pandora Sabo, Lisa Vanderpump’s eldest daughter, and her husband Jason Sabo are expecting their second child. On Friday, September 15, the family attended the Vanderpump Dogs Gala at the Maybourne Beverly Hills, with Lisa, her husband Ken Todd, their daughter, and son-in-law all walking the red carpet.
Pandora, 38, and Jason, also 38, posed alongside their 3-year-old son, Teddy. During the event, Pandora subtly pointed to her baby bump, while Jason smiled beside her. Lisa, 64, confirmed the exciting news exclusively to PEOPLE, sharing, “She hasn’t announced it yet, but tonight it’s pretty obvious. Yeah, we are expecting our second grandchild, so it’s very exciting.”
While Lisa knows the sex of the baby, she chose to keep further details private. Pandora and Jason, married since 2011, previously announced the birth of their first child, Teddy, in November 2021. Pandora shared her joy in an Instagram post, writing, “Theodore. 6lb 7oz of pure delicious joy.
Your entrance into this world was the best day of our entire lives, and your daddy and I are so thankful that you are here, healthy and happy. You are so loved little Teddy!” In another post, she expressed her love, saying, “Theodore. You are my everything, I love you so much, thank you for making me a mummy!”
Before becoming a grandmother, Lisa shared her excitement in August 2021, saying, “It’s a blessing. I love children, I love being a mother… it’s such welcome news for us.” Following Teddy’s birth, Lisa posted a heartfelt message, “Obsessively in love with baby Theodore. Thank you Pandy and Jason for making me a Nanny Pinky,” along with a picture of herself holding her grandson.
Since then, Lisa has shared many special moments with Teddy, including his christening and Halloween, where he dressed as a pirate, as well as his first birthday. Ahead of Teddy’s third birthday, Lisa posted a sweet photo on Instagram of herself with the toddler, smiling as he helped her blow out her birthday candles. In the photo, Teddy sat on her lap, and the two shared a moment over an ice cream dish.
Reflecting on her grandmother experience, Lisa shared, “It’s been extraordinary. I absolutely love being a mother. They get to 18 and then take off, and then to have that whole experience again, it’s wonderful.”
Along with her role as a grandmother, Vanderpump continues to be passionate about animal welfare. “We take on causes that other people don’t, so that becomes very expensive,” she said of the Vanderpump Dog Foundation. “We keep every dog. Sometimes we have a dog in the shelter for a long time, but to us, they’re all adoptable and we hope to find them their forever home.”
