Cara Delevingne recently shared some lighthearted details about her time living with Taylor Swift and the playful trouble it caused. In a conversation with Nikki Glaser for Interview, Delevingne revealed that at one point, she had stayed with her close friend Swift while going through a difficult breakup.
The model described their living situation, noting the contrast in their personalities. “She’s very homely and took care of me so well, but I definitely took her on a bit of a wild ride,” Delevingne admitted. “Just getting her to blush was always a goal.”

Despite their differences, Delevingne highlighted Swift’s sharp wit and strong personality. “The thing about Taylor is, I’ve seen her give a wedding speech that was basically a roast,” Delevingne said. “She’s one of the funniest, most clever people. Anyone could roast her, but trust me, she could take anyone down.”
Delevingne’s words ring true, especially given Swift’s history of playful trolling, particularly her sharp remarks directed at Ryan Reynolds, her “godkids’ sperm donor.” Having been friends since the days of Swift’s famous “girl squad” in 2014, Delevingne remains an integral part of Swift’s inner circle, which now includes NFL WAG Brittany Mahomes.
Their bond continues to grow, with Swift making the effort to visit Delevingne in London this past summer to watch her in a West End play. As for Delevingne’s support of Swift’s relationship with Travis Kelce, she couldn’t be happier for her friend. “I’m so, so happy for her,” Delevingne expressed in a 2023 interview. “There’s definitely something very different about them.”
