Meghan Trainor candidly shared that she can no longer smile properly after receiving too much Botox. During a recent episode of her “Workin’ on It” podcast, where she was joined by her brother Ryan Trainor and husband Daryl Sabara, she admitted, “I got too much Botox and I need help!” She explained that while she had previously received Botox a few times for her forehead, she decided to experiment with another area of her face.
At 30 years old, Meghan confessed that she was persuaded to try a “lip flip” to enhance the appearance of her upper lip. “Someone convinced me with my little lips … that you could have a beautiful flip on your upper lip and I could have one for the first time in my whole 30 years of living.
It was not true,” she stated. The pop star lamented, “Also, I cannot smile anymore. Look, this is as big as I can smile. Everywhere I go I cannot smile. My face hurts to smile, to even try.” She also shared a photo of herself holding a dog at a shelter, humorously noting, “I’m a happy person here.
I’m holding a puppy. I don’t look happy. I look like I smelled someone’s fart.” In a different part of the episode, Meghan revealed her plans for a breast augmentation after breastfeeding her one-year-old son, Barry, with Sabara. “My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they’re empty.
They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small,” she explained. She added, “I’ve lost some weight, and I have … saggy sacks as boobs.” As she prepares for her upcoming performances, the “All About That Bass” singer mentioned that the process has fueled her desire for surgery.
“What’s really difficult is when I’m trying on all these amazing outfits for tour and shows coming up, I have to wear the most supportive bras, and it could ruin the outfit,” she said. She has long joked, “I can’t wait till I can get a boob job! I have wanted this my whole life.” Meghan and the “Spy Kids” star, 32, who tied the knot in 2018, welcomed their son Barry in 2023 and are also parents to three-year-old Riley, born in 2021.
