Arriving at the private service near London, she was accompanied by her close friend Damian Hurley, the son of Elizabeth Hurley.
Following Payne’s passing, Cassidy, who had been residing in London, has since returned to the United States. The couple had been living together in a rental home in Wellington, Florida, before his untimely death. The property has now been listed for sale.
Before Payne’s tragic accident, Cassidy had traveled with him to Buenos Aires, Argentina, spending two weeks together before she returned to Florida just days prior to his passing. Payne, known for his hit “Teardrops,” died at the age of 31 after falling three stories from a hotel balcony.
One week after his death, Cassidy shared another emotional tribute, expressing her unconditional love for Payne. In her post, she described him as her guardian angel and promised to carry her love for him throughout her life. “I loved you unconditionally and completely,” she wrote, “You’ll always be with me.”
