Support is on the way for Christina Haack’s dating journey from Tarek El Moussa and his wife, Heather El Moussa. During DIRECTV’s Christmas at Kathy’s holiday party on December 11, Tarek, 43, and Heather, 37, shared their intentions to assist Haack, 41, in finding love in the upcoming year.
While speaking to Access Hollywood on the red carpet about Tarek’s upcoming show with his ex-wife Haack, he acknowledged the problems of the situation but expressed confidence in their ability to cross it. He described the show, The Flip Off, as “definitely entertaining.” Heather chimed in, saying, “It’s working.”
Tarek humorously remarked that Haack might face challenges on the show because she “is not as good as” him and Heather at competing to find, buy, renovate, and flip a house for profit. Heather added that Haack has been dealing with a very public situation, likely referencing Haack’s recent separation from her estranged husband, Josh Hall, who filed for divorce in July 2024.
Heather noted the difficulties Haack has faced but also mentioned some positives, saying, “That’s been a lot of challenges, but it’s also been good.” Tarek was married to Haack from 2009 to 2018, and they share two children:
Taylor Reese El Moussa, 14, and Brayden James El Moussa, 9. Haack’s second marriage was to Ant Anstead, with whom she shares a son, Hudson London Anstead, 5. In 2021, she married Josh Hall.
Having tied the knot in 2021, Tarek and Heather share a son named Tristan, who is 23 months old. Tarek expressed his willingness to support Haack, stating, “We’re here for anything she needs, honestly.” He acknowledged the issues of co-parenting but emphasized their friendship and mutual support.
Heather mentioned that setting Haack up with someone for 2025 seems plausible. “We just talked about that, actually, that we should screen all of the next guys, so I feel like we’d be good judges,” she suggested.
In a scene from The Flip Off premiere, Tarek and Haack spoke at her Newport Beach home, where she revealed, “Josh and I officially split up.” Haack recounted a heated argument, saying, “We had a blow up… middle fingers in my face,” and indicated that her children had urged her to end the relationship: “They told me he’s not nice to me. Why would I stick around?”
