Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing legal action from three men who have filed anonymous rape lawsuits against him amid his ongoing legal issues. The complaints, submitted in New York under John Doe aliases, were obtained by Page Six and detail incidents that allegedly occurred between 2019 and 2022.
One accuser recounts meeting the 55-year-old rapper at the Marquee nightclub in New York City in 2019, after which he was invited to a so-called “exclusive afterparty” at the Park Hyatt hotel. Inside a suite with around ten members of Combs’ entourage, he claims that the rapper personally offered him a drink that he later discovered had been laced with drugs.
He describes feeling disoriented and recalls Combs saying, “He is ready to party.” After lying down on a couch, the accuser alleges he woke up naked while Combs was performing non-consensual sexual acts on him. He also claims to have seen an unidentified man and woman recording the assault.
The accuser asserts that he never disclosed the incident due to feelings of fear and humiliation, and alleges that he was given $2,500 on behalf of Combs when he awoke the next morning.
The second claimant states he was invited to one of Combs’ parties in the Hamptons in 2020. He alleges that he was also served a drugged drink and subsequently experienced anal rape at the hands of Combs and one of his associates.
The lawsuit claims the plaintiff attempted to resist but was unable, emphasizing that he did not consent to any of the sexual activity and was incapable of giving consent while unconscious.
In contrast, the third accuser claims to have known Combs since 2006, when he reportedly began running errands for the rapper. He alleges that during a meeting in February 2020 at the InterContinental New York hotel to discuss unpaid job payments, he was given a spiked drink. After lying down in the suite, he claims to have found himself in a vulnerable position while Combs assaulted him.
The accuser asserts that he tried to fight back but was told by Combs to “Stop” and that he was “almost done.” Additionally, he alleges that the rapper warned him against contacting the police, saying it would make him “look like an idiot” because of Combs’ status.
In response to the lawsuits, Combs’ legal team stated, “These complaints are full of lies. We will prove them false and seek sanctions against every unethical lawyer who filed fictional claims against him.”
These recent lawsuits were filed by a different law firm than the one representing at least 120 alleged victims, managed by Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, who has also filed a case against Jay-Z that the rapper is seeking to dismiss.
Combs has denied all accusations of wrongdoing. He remains in custody following an extensive federal investigation, which included raids on his properties that reportedly uncovered a thousand bottles of lubricant and three AR-15 rifles, believed to be linked to alleged parties referred to as “Freak Offs.”
As a result of these findings, he faces charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation to engage in prostitution, to which he has pleaded not guilty. A trial date for the federal case has been set for May 5.
