Alexander Brothers, Known for Celebrity Clients, Face Se*xual Assault Arrest Despite Controversy

Miami social circles react to the arrest of former celebrity realtors Tal and Oren Alexander

The Alexander brothers, Tal and Oren, once prominent figures in the real estate market, have recently been arrested despite serious allegations of drugging and raping numerous women. Their impressive client roster included many Hollywood celebrities.

Popularly referred to as the “Alexander brothers,” they previously made headlines for facilitating the purchase of a luxurious $14 million Miami condo for Kanye West as a surprise gift for then-wife Kim Kardashian in 2018.

According to a source, Kanye discovered the property during Art Basel in December and decided to buy it for Kim as a Christmas present, catching her completely off guard. The upscale apartment, featuring four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, and a spacious 4,700 square feet with a wraparound terrace, is situated in the high-end Faena House, a 18-story beachfront tower.

Real estate moguls Tal and Oren Alexander face shocking allegations of sexual assault

With this purchase, the Wests became neighbors to hedge fund billionaire Ken Griffin, who had also previously collaborated with the Alexanders. The brothers reportedly introduced Griffin to a $122 million mansion in London and played a role in a record-breaking sale of a $238 million condo in New York City, still the most expensive transaction in the city to this day, according to the Los Angeles Times.

In addition to their real estate ventures, Tal, 38, and Oren, 37, gained recognition in the fashion industry, reportedly securing deals with renowned designers like Steve Madden and Tommy Hilfiger.

However, their reputation took a drastic turn when they, along with Oren’s twin brother, Alon, were arrested in Miami Beach and charged federally with conspiracy to commit sex trafficking and sex trafficking by force, cause, or coercion.

Local authorities have stated that the twins are also facing additional state charges in Florida related to three other alleged assaults. A grand jury indictment obtained by The Post accuses the Alexander brothers of enticing women with promises of luxurious experiences and accommodations, only to subject them to forced sexual assaults.

The indictment further details that the brothers allegedly drugged their victims before assaulting them, making it impossible for the victims to resist or escape, and noted that some incidents involved “multiple men.”

The news of the brothers’ arrest has caused a stir among Miami’s social circles, with one insider telling Page Six that there had been whispers of the siblings’ wrongdoings for years, leading them to be “not surprised” by the allegations.

Prosecutors have indicated that they have interviewed over a dozen women who allege they were raped by at least one of the brothers from 2005 to 2021. Additionally, nearly 30 women have filed separate civil lawsuits against the Alexander brothers, accusing them of rape.

Attorney Evan Torgan stated in March that he has spoken with approximately 15 individuals claiming they were raped by one or more of the Alexander brothers at various locations, including New York City and South Beach.

In response to the charges, Oren’s attorney, Susan R. Necheles, declared her client’s innocence, asserting, “The evidence will show that neither he nor his brothers ever committed a crime.”

Alon’s lawyer, Isabelle A. Kirshner, and Tal’s attorney, Deanna Paul, both chose not to comment on the ongoing legal issues. All three brothers are scheduled to appear in Manhattan federal court, where they each face a potential 15-year prison sentence if convicted
