With the advent of various OTT (over-the-top) platforms over the years, the audience for sitcoms (situation comedy) has since been rising drastically. Sitcoms have been around for quite a while now and have always garnered great numbers, with sitcoms like Friends and The Office being some of the most highly-rated ones. Tyler Perry’s Assisted Living has been a recent addition to the long list of American sitcoms.

Tyler Perry’s Assisted Living aired first on September 2, 2020, and was written and directed by Tyler Perry. The sitcom is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and has Tyler Perry and Michelle Sneed as its executive producers. The show currently has three seasons and 58 episodes overall, with the third season currently on air. The show does look promising, as Tyler Perry is an acclaimed filmmaker and did have a decent run in the previous two seasons.

The third season premiered with its first episode on March 23, 2022, and has since been airing and has been garnering decent reviews. However, before diving into all about Season 3 Episode 14 and Episode 15, let us first have a look over the cast and the plot of the show, along with a quick recap of Season 3 Episode 13.

The cast of Tyler’s Perry Assisted Living Season 3

The main cast of the sitcom consists of David Mann as Leroy Brown, also known as “Mr. Brown,” in the show while his wife Tamela Mann plays Cora Simmons-Brown. J.Anthony Brown has been cast as Vinn, Na’im Lynn as Jeremy, Courtney Nichole as Leah, Tayler Buck as Sandra, and Alex Henderson as Phillip.

Reginald June, Efe Omowafe, and Anatasia Devereaux have been introduced in Season 2 and are played by Damien Leake, Chet Anekwe, and Alretha Thomas, respectively. Lindor and Todd the Inspector are recurring characters in the sitcom and are played by Nicholas Duvernay and Rob Bouton, respectively.

Tyler’s Perry Assisted Living Season 3 plot

As mentioned earlier, the plot is set in Atlanta in the state of Georgia. Jeremy, an Afro-American man, has lost his job. Hence he decides to move back to Georgia along with his wife Leah and his two children, a boy named Phillip and a girl named Sandra, to help his grandfather Vinny who runs a run-down assisted living facility for the elderly and is the way in over his head.

However, Mr.Brown, aka Leroy Brown, and his wife Cora show up at the right time as investors and assist Vinny in running the facility. The plot revolves around the lives of the three generations, with each one of them trying to adjust and cope with the new circumstances they find themselves in.

Tyler’s Perry Assisted Living Season 3 Recap

The third season is set in the aftermath of Lindor getting arrested and starts with Jeremy trying hard to get him released while we see that  Lindor has been encouraged to take a plea deal by his lawyer. However, it is soon followed by fun incidents in the later episodes with the members dealing with a variety of issues, like when Mr. Brown finds out that Phillip is great at fixing VCRs.

He brings him more and more VCRs to fix it in Episode 4 and such as when Efe becomes an accidental hero in Episode 6. However, coming to Episode 13, we see that Phillip tells Jeremy that he wants to play Lacrosse; hence Jeremy realizes that he needs to study the sport in order to get Phillip ready for the tryouts.

Tyler’s Perry Assisted Living Season 3 Release Date

Get yourself ready for a good laugh as Season 3 Episode 14 of Tyler Perry’s Assisted Living just has a few days left for its release and has been scheduled on November 2, 2o22, and has been titled “Bye Bye, Mr. Brown.”

As for Season 3 Episode 15 of Tyler Perry’s Assisted Living, there are still some days left for its release as it’s been scheduled to release on November 9, 2022, and has been titled “Don’t Get Ugly.”

Season 3 Episode 14 of Tyler Perry’s Assisted Living revolves around the addiction Mr.Brown has developed towards Bama’s Big Kuntry Burgers, and even after being warned against eating them, Mr.Brown does eat one in the kitchen while Cora and Efe are watching the news.

Season 3 Episode 15 of Tyler Perry’s Assisted Living focuses on Mr.Brown, who is fed up with residents spending time at the assisted living facility across the street as they are his competitors.
