Migos members Takeoff, Quavo, and Offset are all instantly related. The rap trio started in 2008 when Quavo (real name Quavius Marshall) formed the group with his nephew Takeoff and his cousin Offset. This rap group was originally named Polo Club but changed the name to his Migos when he released his debut mixtape Juug Season in 2011.
Many fans usually thought that their name came from the Spanish word ‘Amigos,’ which means her friends, which all of us know. However, in their 2013 interview with Hot 97, Quavo and Takeoff explained that the name meant more to the area they grew up in.
