A representative for the couple confirmed to PEOPLE that the couple welcomed their son, Roman James Russell, on November 13. Roman entered the world weighing 6 lbs., 1 oz.
Expressing their joy and gratitude, Kramer and Russell shared their excitement about the birth of Roman James Russell, emphasizing how blessed they feel to have created something so special together. The couple revealed that the name Roman was chosen simply because they both loved its strength, while James, his middle name, pays tribute to both of their grandfathers.

Already a mother to 4-year-old son Jace and 7-year-old daughter Jolie with ex-husband Mike Caussin, Kramer embraced the arrival of her newest family member with reflection. Initially expecting the baby on December 2, Kramer shared that she opted for an earlier C-section due to a growing fibroid.
