The pair, both clad in comfortable attire, held hands with Nyong’o, 40, donning yellow sweatpants and a white and green striped long-sleeve shirt that bore the message, “It’s Okay to Cry.” Meanwhile, Jackson, the 45-year-old star of Dawson’s Creek, sported a gray beanie, a white crewneck, and black sweatpants.
The couple seemed to relish each other’s company, sharing smiles as they walked side by side. Despite PEOPLE’s request for comment, representatives for Jackson and Nyong’o have yet to respond.

This public outing follows their Monday visit to Erewhon Market in Los Angeles, where they were seen together outside a convenience store and driving in a Tesla. In October, they were also spotted at a Janelle Monáe concert in Los Angeles, standing close to each other in the audience, as revealed by TMZ photos on Oct. 19.
October was a pivotal month for Jackson, whose three-year marriage to Jodie Turner-Smith ended with her filing for divorce, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the cause. According to a source, Turner-Smith initiated the separation, stating that they were on divergent life paths, resulting in an unhealthy and unhappy marriage. Jackson, who shares a daughter named Juno Rose Diana Jackson with Turner-Smith, has yet to publicly comment on the divorce.
Nyong’o, known for her role in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, had previously been romantically linked to Selema Masekea. The couple made their relationship public in December 2022, but Nyong’o’s last Instagram post dedicated to Masekea in August has since been deleted.
Nyong’o announced their breakup on Instagram, coinciding with the release of the photos from the Janelle Monáe concert. In a heartfelt post, she revealed her heartbreak due to a love that was abruptly and devastatingly extinguished by deception. Despite the pain, Nyong’o expressed her commitment to facing the reality of her situation and trusting that time would heal her wounds.
