This public outing comes nearly two months after it was confirmed that the Love, Victor actress, and the two-time World Cup winner had transitioned from being longtime friends to exploring a romantic connection.
“After being friends for years and moving in the same social circles, Sophia and Ashlyn went on their first dinner date a couple of weeks ago,” revealed a source from their social circle at that time. “This is a recent development, and both are embarking on new chapters in their lives.”
The source emphasized that there is no sensational or scandalous story behind Bush and Harris’s burgeoning relationship, despite any public speculation. The two found themselves drawing closer after each went through separations earlier in the year. Bush separated from her husband, Grant Hughes, after 13 months of marriage in August, while Harris filed for divorce from her wife and fellow soccer professional Ali Krieger in September.
