Sister Wives star Meri Brown sparked rumors about dating a “mystery man” 11 months after breaking up with Amos Andrews and two years after her split from Kody Brown.
On December 28, the 53-year-old TLC star posted a picture on Instagram of herself with a man named Brandon Stone, tagging him and referring to him as her “mystery man” using a hashtag. In the photo, Brandon has his arm around Meri’s shoulder while they both smile brightly for the camera.
“It’s a Christmas miracle! #MysteryMan #LifeIsGood @papabrandon1005,” Meri wrote in the caption.
Fans quickly commented, suggesting that Meri might be in a new relationship.
“I pray he is who we all want him to be. You’ve waited wayyyyy too long for a man to put you first,” one fan said, while another added, “So happy for you! You deserve this!”

They ran into each other recently, and it’s been a while since they’ve seen each other. Hence the ‘it’s a Christmas miracle.’”
Another woman, named Heather, who said she was Brandon’s girlfriend, also denied the dating rumors. “Sorry all, the #mysteryman is mine and the most amazing boyfriend ever! And yes, I agree with you all, he is [fire emoji],” she wrote.

Even though Meri and Brandon are not romantically involved, she hinted in an interview with People on December 26 that she was “dating non-exclusively.”
“Right now, I’m dating, not exclusively. But you date non-exclusively, and then you’re like, ‘OK, I can focus on this person. Let’s be exclusive,'” she said. “And then, see if it works into something.”
Meri shared that she mostly uses dating sites to meet people, but she has also “met a couple of people through people.”
“But when you live in a small town, and then this day and age, it seems to be the thing is the dating sites,” she added.
Meri’s dating journey follows the end of her recent relationship with Amos, 55, which ended in February after just four months. She had been secretly seeing him for three months before they went public in January. Meri announced their breakup in a long Instagram post.
“Just because I care a lot about someone, and him me, does not equate to full compatibility for a long-term relationship. The mom of one told People about Amos, “He just wasn’t my person. We dated exclusively for a few months, and he just wasn’t my person.”
Before Amos, Meri was legally married to Kody, 55, from 1990 to 2014. The couple divorced so Kody could legally marry Robyn Brown, but they remained spiritually married until they announced their split in January 2023.
“In light of a recent unapproved press release, we feel compelled to share our own truth, in our own way and in our own timing,” their statement read. “After more than a decade of working on our relationship in our own unique ways, we have made the decision to permanently terminate our marriage relationship.”
