Weeks after revealing her secret wedding in June, former Houston news anchor Dominique Sachse is now sharing more about her mysterious husband. On Thursday, Sachse, who is now the host of Morning on Merit Street, posted a YouTube video about her lifestyle and daily routine.
In the video, she took viewers along as she grabbed a smoothie, spent time with her dog, Oscar, and checked on the ongoing construction of her new home in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
In the second part of the video, Sachse showed her husband hanging up a wedding photo in their living room, with his back to the camera. The next scene showed them sitting together, holding hands and praying before having a meal. Only her husband’s hand was visible as he asked, “So, am I supposed to be in this, or not?”
The video went on, with Sachse showing more images around the house, including a text overlay that read: “One thing I can promise you is that this house is filled with so much love…and laughter.”
At the end of the video, Sachse seemed to confirm her husband’s identity, showing voice actor and musician Vic Mignogna sitting in their garden with Oscar. “The internet pretty much figured out who we were,” Sachse laughed. “That’s what I hear,” Mignogna replied. “The secret is out apparently.” Sachse added, “That didn’t take long.”
When she announced her marriage last month, Sachse kept her new husband’s identity private. She later posted a photo where Mignogna’s face was turned away from the camera.
However, fans quickly made the connection, and rumors about his identity spread online within days. Mignogna, who voices characters in popular anime like Fullmetal Alchemist and Dragon Ball, gave hints about their relationship during a Twitch livestream, revealing that he recently married someone in the public eye.

Mignogna had lived in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, which made the relationship difficult, but things changed when Sachse moved to the area earlier this year to join Dr. Phil McGraw’s Merit Street Media.
“I have never, ever seen God in my life the way he did in this relationship,” Mignogna said on his livestream. “He brought this woman that I was crazy about 30 years ago into my life at just the right time and orchestrated things for her to be up here.”
While their relationship has mostly been welcomed by fans, some criticism has emerged. Mignogna has faced public scrutiny due to sexual harassment allegations, which he has denied. Sachse was previously married to Houston businessman Nick Florescu, but they divorced in 2022.
