When it first aired on VH1 in 2011, Mob Wives quickly became a big topic in reality TV. The show focused on women with ties to the mafia lifestyle in Staten Island, whether through their current or past husbands, fathers, or uncles.
Some people thought it would be like The Real Housewives before it premiered, but it turned out to be very different from the popular Bravo show. The cast of Mob Wives knew how to entertain TV viewers, whether through heated arguments or dramatic fights.
In late 2015, VH1 revealed that the sixth season would be the last. However, the creator of the show, Jennifer Graziano (who is also the sister of cast member Renee Graziano), tried to bring it back and showed interest in rebooting it.
Renee even said in June 2021 that a possible reboot was being planned for Paramount+. However, that never happened, and it’s unlikely that a Mob Wives reboot will ever take place. Here’s what the Mob Wives stars have been doing since the show ended in March 2016.
This article has been updated to show the latest information about the Mob Wives cast members, especially after Natalie DiDonato was found safe following a missing persons report.
Karen Gravano
Karen Gravano, daughter of Sammy “The Bull” Gravano, a former underboss in the Gambino crime family, has kept herself in the public eye, continuing to entertain and even starting her own podcast.
After Mob Wives ended, Karen appeared on WEtv’s Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars alongside her then-boyfriend Giovan (known as Storm). However, the couple eventually split, and Karen reportedly began dating her friend Xavier Williams, who is serving a life sentence for drug possession.
She kept making money through her mob connections by appearing on MTV’s Families of the Mafia alongside her daughter Karina and her father Sammy, who was released from prison in 2017. Karen is listed as an executive producer on the show and also hosts a crime history podcast called The Sitdown.
Karen is not one to relax, as she is also the co-owner of an Italian restaurant and pizzeria in New Jersey called Pizza Nostra, which has a mobster theme. She also wrote a New York Times bestseller, Mob Daughter: The Mafia, Sammy ‘The Bull’ Gravano, and Me.

Carla Facciolo
Carla Facciolo, daughter of Louis Facciolo, a mob associate in the Gambino crime family, has shifted her focus to business.
She started her own soap brand, Carla Faccio Soap, along with health and beauty products and her own Prosecco.
As a single mom of two, Carla has shared her desire to publish an Italian cookbook, though no plans for this have been announced yet.
She remains active on social media, where she offers fans a glimpse into her life.
Drita D’Avanzo
Drita D’Avanzo, the wife of Lee D’Avanzo, a top member of the Colombo crime family, has faced legal issues and stayed in the spotlight since Mob Wives ended.
After the show, Drita participated in VH1’s Scared Famous to raise money for charity. In 2018, she ventured into music, releasing a single titled “Slap a B****” under the name Lady Boss.
She also appeared in the song “Big ANGel” by JoJo Pellegrino, a tribute to Big Ang.
However, in late 2019, Drita and her husband were arrested on charges of drug and firearm possession. While Drita’s charges were dropped, her husband was sentenced to 64 months in prison after pleading guilty in 2020.
In March 2024, Drita revealed to The U.S. Sun that she and Lee had been separated for a long time and were working on their divorce.
Drita continues her work as a makeup artist and owns a beauty store called Lady Boss. Last year, TMZ reported that she is working on a scripted series based on her life, though no official details have been confirmed.

Natalie Guerico
Natalie Guerico, who claims to be the cousin of Joseph Salvatore Merlino, a former boss of the Philadelphia crime family, has launched her own beauty line called Natalie Elise Beauty.
The company is focused on creating cruelty-free products.
Natalie has also tried acting, appearing in the 2020 Amazon Prime series Gravesend. When she’s not working on her beauty line or acting, Natalie works as a mixologist and VIP host at the E11even nightclub in Miami.
She was last reported to be in a relationship with London Rene, who survived a nightclub attack in 2014 where he was slashed and stabbed.
Renee Graziano
Renee Graziano, known from Mob Wives, is the daughter of Anthony Graziano, a former member of the Bonanno crime family. Since the end of the VH1 show, Renee has stayed busy.
A few months after the show ended, Renee joined Season 18 of the UK’s Celebrity Big Brother and finished in third place.
Many viewers remember Renee’s struggles with substance abuse and depression, which led her to enter a rehab facility in Florida during season three of Mob Wives. She returned to rehab after the show ended.
In 2017, she became a grandmother, and she said the birth of her grandson helped her feel more “grateful” and helped her find “peace” with her past.
Since then, she has had three more grandchildren and starred in Fuhgeddabout Christmas with Real Housewives star Teresa Giudice.
In 2022, she was arrested on DUI charges after crashing her car into a parked car in Staten Island.
After dealing with several relapses, Renee confirmed in March 2024 that she had been sober for nine months.

Natalie DiDonato
Natalie DiDonato was part of the fifth season of Mob Wives and is a fitness influencer, actress, and model.
As of January 22, 2025, she has been reported missing by her family after not showing up for two separate flights home to Florida from Philadelphia.
The 44-year-old missed her first flight, which was scheduled for January 5, and was said to have appeared “distressed” when she last spoke to her mother on FaceTime around January 14.
According to her friend Ben, Natalie allegedly contacted him on January 17, asking for money to book a new flight home. Ben is believed to be the last person who had contact with Natalie.
Other Mob Wives cast members have reached out on social media, asking for help in locating Natalie.
Natalie is the cousin of the late mobster Frankie “Flowers” D’Alfonso, who was a member of the Philadelphia crime family, also known as the Bruno-Scarfo crime family.
