Love is Blind might not be the usual way to meet your perfect match, but for a few couples, the experiment has worked. For example, Amber and Matt Barnett from season one celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary in 2024 and are expecting a baby in 2025.
Another success story is Johnny McIntyre and Amy Cortés from season six. After their time in the pods, which included an engagement, they got married and are about to celebrate their second anniversary this May.
Instead of love at first sight, maybe we can call it love at first listen. “It wouldn’t have mattered what he looked like,” Cortés said on the show. “I truly fell in love with his heart and soul.”
However, not all Love is Blind couples are as lucky. McIntyre and Cortés were the only couple from season six to stay together. As for season seven, every couple eventually broke up—except one. Below is a look at what happened to each couple from Love is Blind season seven.
Taylor and Garrett
Taylor and Garrett, both working in science, had strong chemistry during the show that they couldn’t ignore. The first couple to get engaged in Season 7 are still together over a year later.
Since their marriage, Taylor and Garrett have been enjoying their adventures. They shared photos of their travels during the Season 7 reunion. When they’re not traveling, they live in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
However, Garrett mentioned that they are “ironically enough, looking at moving to DC,” where their relationship started. Garrett is especially happy about this since spending time in Taylor’s hometown of San Diego became challenging for him.
“I wanted to give that to Taylor so bad, and we tried. Her being incredibly understanding and the patient wife that she is, she agreed we [could try to] do something closer to home, so DC seemed like the next natural fit,” Garrett said. “We’re excited about starting a life there together and seeing where it goes.”
Taylor added, “When you get married, you become a unit. Home is with Garrett, so I’m excited to figure out this next chapter with you.”
Vanessa Lachey asked about Garrett’s “glow-up.” “You are going viral on the internet right now with the hair, with the five o’clock shadow, and you modeled at Fashion Week,” she said. “Is this the wifey effect?” Garrett explained that he had always been interested in fashion.
“Being married to a very fashionable and beautiful woman, it felt like I’ve finally found somebody worth looking good for, worth paying attention to my looks [for],” he said. “She opened up that door for me, and we’re running with it.”

Ashley and Tyler
Ashley and Tyler were married at the end of their Love Is Blind journey, but they have since separated. “After much reflection, I want to share that Tyler and I have been separated for several weeks and have now made the difficult decision to end our marriage,” Ashley wrote in January 2024.
“While I had hoped for mutual understanding and transparency in our relationship, it has become clear that our paths are no longer aligned, making it impossible for me to continue in this marriage.”
A few days later, Tyler wrote on Instagram stories, “This has been an incredibly difficult and emotional process for both of us, and it is one we have approached with great care and respect for one another.”
He added, “I take full accountability for my role in the difficulties we faced and I respect Ashley’s decision to move forward in a way that prioritizes her peace and happiness.”
Marissa and Ramses
Ramses ended his relationship with Marissa just days before their wedding. Despite their breakup, the two met a few times to connect privately, but Marissa said it quickly became unhealthy.
She has now moved on and found someone who makes her feel good. On social media, Marissa shared that she met her new boyfriend when he approached her at a bar three weeks after her breakup.
Ramses remains single and said that although he’s gone on a few dates, finding a romantic relationship isn’t his focus. “I quickly realized that I just needed to take a step back, reflect, and enjoy my platonic relationships,” he previously said.

Brittany and Leo
The show didn’t follow Brittany and Leo after their time in the pods, but the engaged couple tried to make it work after the cameras stopped filming. However, they quickly realized they were better off as friends. They’ve since found new relationships.
Brittany is now dating singer Mod Sun, while Leo has sparked rumors about being with Ally Shapiro, the daughter of former Real Housewives of New York City star Jill Zarin.
Monica and Stephen
After Stephen betrayed Monica’s trust, she ended their engagement, but the two have remained on good terms. Monica has since found love with a man she met on a dating app a year before filming Love Is Blind.
“I came out of those pods being like, ‘Oh, you want to rekindle? Well, I’ve got questions,’” Monica said about reconnecting with her current partner.
“Because I’ve been so clear about my expectations, it’s allowed him to be really vulnerable. We have very open communication and talk about everything.”
The couple recently celebrated their one-year anniversary on social media. Stephen, meanwhile, is celebrating a year with his “lovely lady,” a dachshund named Clementine, but he is currently single.

Alex and Tim
Just before their wedding, Tim told Alex, “I don’t ever want to see you again.” However, he didn’t rush into dating others. “I’ve been laser focused on what’s in front of me, like my family and career and just plotting forward,” he told.
Tim added that he now takes dating very seriously. “I want to find my wife, and if you are not my wife, I’m wasting your time and mine.” Alex has been focused on her family and is “slowly” getting back to looking for a romantic relationship.
Hannah and Nick
On the day they were supposed to choose their wedding outfits, Hannah and Nick decided to get “real.” In a heated conversation, they admitted their relationship wouldn’t work in the long run.
Both are now single. Hannah told that she isn’t dating anyone else yet, but she and her dog, Luna, are “living our best life.” Nick shared that he isn’t seeing anyone either, but he made one big change: He moved out of his parents’ basement.
