Monster Musume is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Okayado. An anime adaptation was aired from July to September 2015, which was produced by Sentai Filmworks under the title Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls. This is one of the good harem anime if you are into that sort of thing. Kimihito Kurusu did not volunteer for the exchange program. But when Kuroko Smith delivers a terrified and embarrassed Mia on his doorstep by mistake, he didn’t want to send her away, and they both started living together.
Some of them arrive more, some of them are forced upon him by Smith, and some of the others force themselves in, and it does not take him long to adjust to the new hectic environment where he struggles to live with his new housemates while dealing with both their constant advances and helping them adapt to the human world. The situation ends up taking a new twist when he is told that because of the changes in the law in dealing with human-liminal relationships, as a test case, he is expected to marry one of the girls, causing the competition for his affection to increase. As time passes on, other liminal girls end up vying for his attention, much to Kimihito’s embarrassment and the annoyance of his housemates.

Where the Anime left off
To save Kimihito from having his soul collected by the Dullahan, the girls decide to take him away from her as far as possible, but their attempts to save him cause more injuries. Later, Rachnera appears with the Dullahan, claiming that if she really is the reaper of souls, then there is nothing that can be done to prevent Kimihito’s death. Miia decides to die along with him, claiming that she can’t bear losing him. Kimihito decides to stop running away and face his imminent death. However, to everybody’s surprise, nothing happens to him.
Back at home, Kimihito and the girls find out from Mrs. Smith that the Dullahan’s real name is Lala, and she isn’t a real reaper of souls, having run away from several host families where she previously lived. Mrs. Smith allows Lala to live with Kimihito and the other girls at her request. When asked about how he saw through Lala’s lies, Kimihito answers that she suffered from the eighth-grader syndrome. Later, Kimihito realizes that due to a huge food bill caused by his liminal guests, he is in major financial trouble, and after Miia’s latest cooking disaster, there is no more food left in the house. He then goes out for grocery shopping with Cerea, Papi, Mero, and Suu, and the monster girls’ sympathy with the vendors cause them to earn merchandise with special discounts.
To get some extra vegetables, Kimihito and Suu, visit Kii, who guides them to an area with edible plants. She could tell between the edible and the poisonous ones by just tasting them. On their way back home, Kimihito is attacked by Draco but is saved by Suu when she uses the poison she tasted from the plants against him. Kimihito gives dinner to the girls, but Mrs. Smith and the girls from MON suddenly come to dine with them, causing the food supply to wipe out again. This leaves Kimihito in despair, but Mrs. Smith explains that the Interspecies Program will reimburse him for all the girls’ food expenses. Kimihito asks why she didn’t tell him this sooner, to which she replies she forgot.
