The ‘Saawariya’ actor is gearing up to be back on the big screen after his superhit film Sanju, which marked a milestone in his acting career of 13 years. Ranbir Kapoor is known for the versatility he portrays in each film. He isn’t an actor who works by counting the number of films he needs to be a part of each year. Instead, he is known for being choosy when it comes to scripts and projects. That’s the reason his fans have to wait to witness their favorite star on screen, but whenever he comes back, he never fails to rule hearts and make the wait worth it.
After his recent project, ‘Brahmāstra’ is being delayed continuously; it is getting difficult for his fans to keep waiting. For now, we have no clue when ‘Brahmāstra’ will be ready to hit the theatres, but we have yet another exciting news for the fans to share. As per the official announcements, Ranbir Kapoor will be a part of Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s upcoming directorial titled ‘Animal.’ Sandeep Reddy Vanga is best known for his superhit film ‘Arjun Reddy,’ and it’s Hindi remake ‘Kabir Singh.’ The project will be a crime drama, and the announcement by the official team was shared on various social media platforms.

The official team of T-Series dropped an announcement video of the film on YouTube on 1 January 2021. The video is over a minute and has a narration by the lead actor Ranbir Kapoor. The video begins with a mysterious whistle, accompanied by an enigmatic background score. Then begins a series of one-sided conversations by Ranbir Kapoor where he addresses his father and gets no response in return. We hear him saying that he hopes that his father reincarnates as his son in his next life so he could show him how a son is supposed to be loved.
He can then learn the way of loving a son and use it in his own way to love his son in another life when Ranbir is reincarnated as his son again. He wants his father to understand this thoroughly, and that will be enough for him. As we move towards the end of the video, the whistle and the background score intensifies, and we get all the psychic feels and vibes the film is likely to carry. After seeing the video or, more precisely, hearing the voiceover, the film is likely to portray the troubled relationship between a father and his son. The video ends with a series of gunshots, hinting at it to be violent and dark in various aspects.
Oh boy! The new year just gets better with this whistle!😉
