The highly awaited film Brahmastra dropped a new teaser today. A song called ‘KumKumala‘ features in it. It is the Telugu version of the Hindi song ‘Kesariya.’ That song made the fans go crazy when it was out. The timing of it was an important reason for it. It was released the day before the wedding of the lead pair of the film in real life. South Indian director S.S.Rajamouli launched the new teaser of Brahmastra. He took to Twitter to share the news. The song is sung by Sid Sriram, the singer of the superhit song ‘Srivalli.’ The lyrics of the song are by Chandrabose. He is a renowned artist on his own. Elsewhere, Karan Johar shared the teaser on his social media handles.

This film comes with an ensemble cast. Ranbir Kapoor stars in the film’s lead role. His wife, Alia Bhatt, is the female lead in the movie. Furthermore, Bollywood biggie Amitabh Bachchan also features. Also, South Indian star Nagarjuna is a part of the film. The supporting cast includes some big names as well. Lastly, megastar SRK will have a cameo role in the movie.

The new teaser of Brahmastra is out: What do we know about the film?
The film is titled Brahmastra Part One: Shiva. Ayan Mukherjee is the director of the film. It is going to be a three-part film series. He stated in an interview that Part One is set to be a modern-day venture. However, as the name suggests, the story has ancient Indian roots as well.
Director Ayan Mukherjee is close friends with lead actor Ranbir Kapoor.
Ranbir plays the role of a person with powers. However, there is no other news about his character. Besides, Alia plays his love interest in the film. Elsewhere, the film’s plot is largely unknown.
Notably, the film has been postponed several times owing to the pandemic. It will see a release in five languages.
Mukherjee has so far tried his mettle in coming-of-age films. He has previously worked with Ranbir in two films. However, his latest film is a new route for the director. It is going to be one of the biggest films of this year.
