Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah have come to a formal agreement in their custody case concerning their 5-month-old son, Roman. Documents filed on November 2, as obtained by Fox News Digital, disclose the terms of their agreement. In this arrangement, Pacino has consented to provide Alfallah with $30,000 each month as child support for Roman. Simultaneously, he has secured visitation rights to spend time with the child, while Alfallah has been granted primary physical custody.

The determined child support amount is calculated based on Pacino’s reported annual base income of $2.5 million, with the understanding that it may be subject to modification in response to significant fluctuations in his earnings. Regardless of Pacino’s annual income, the maximum monthly payment he could be mandated to make is $90,000.

In addition to the financial support, Pacino is also responsible for supplying Roman with health insurance and covering any medical expenses not covered by the insurance policy. As Roman grows, Pacino has agreed to cover the expenses for extracurricular activities. Moreover, he has committed to providing $110,000 to aid Alfallah in relocating to a new residence and to contribute $15,000 annually to an account designated for Roman’s benefit.

The documents explicitly state that both parties arrived at this agreement with the aim of achieving a peaceful resolution and maintaining an amicable relationship for the best interests of their minor child. Alfallah maintains that the guideline child support should be higher than the compromised figure, while Pacino contends it should be lower, considering his other financial contributions to the child.

Legal custody will be shared by Pacino and Alfallah, with Alfallah being granted primary physical custody. Pacino will have visitation rights, and they will collaborate on planning for holidays. Both parents have agreed not to discuss any matters pertaining to the custody case in Roman’s presence and have pledged not to make derogatory or disparaging remarks about each other in his presence. Pacino has also undertaken to cover Alfallah’s legal fees of up to $20,000.

A representative for Pacino recently confirmed to Fox News Digital that Pacino and Alfallah are still in a relationship. Previous court records have revealed that they live in separate residences while raising their son.

Roman, their child, was welcomed into the world in June. This baby boy is the first child for 29-year-old Alfallah and the fourth for Pacino, who has three children from previous relationships, including a daughter with Jan Tarrant and twins with Beverly D’Angelo. Alfallah, a film producer who has previously been in relationships with Mick Jagger and billionaire Nicolas Berggruen, has been with Pacino since 2022.
